Help! Can't see my banner!

Are there any tech savvy individuals out there who might know what my blog banner is not showing up? Just in case it's an easy fix... ;)

    I can see what appears to be the top and the bottom, with a huge blocked out area in the centre. I can only suggest that an empty text box has been placed over your image? Sorry I can't be more specific, but I'd look in Layout: header as a start point. Good Luck, this must be really frustrating.
